With Diane Coben

Safe techniques to promote healing and relieve pain.

. Learn yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the back and neck

. Receive tips for improving existing conditions

. Discover modifications for typical yoga poses

. Two Yoga Alliance CEUs will be provided for existing teachers.

Diane's goal is to bring the rewarding experience of yoga to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. A stressful IT job led her to yoga, and she loved it from the very beginning. She felt called to share yoga with others, and it has become a large part of her life purpose.

She enjoys helping others reduce stress and find yoga-based solutions that may relieve and reverse the effects of various physical and mental conditions. Diane has experienced many of these conditions herself, and has found yoga to help them all.

Her belief is that yoga is an activity with huge payoffs for the time and energy invested. As you practice, you'll find the benefits of yoga are profound, often in unexpected ways. The effects are cumulative, and increase as you continue returning to your mat over time. Body, mind, and spirit will thrive as you achieve a greater state of balance through your practice.

There is no reason to exclude anyone from your classes or your sequencing when you are properly trained to handle any student with care.

In this workshop, we will explore common issues and poses / practices which are beneficial to assist our students as well as learning contraindications for certain conditions. Our number one priority is to keep students safe and loving their Yoga practice. Please join me in an educational and fun afternoon of growth and learning.
